Emphaso operates exclusively as an online retailer.
We do not offer a physical shop or collection point. All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified by email if this occurs.


3. Shipping Times

Orders are fulfilled through international fulfilment centres depending on product availability.
As a result, delivery times may vary, and some orders may be shipped from outside the United Kingdom.

International Shipping

All products sold on Emphaso are shipped directly from our international logistics partners
to the customer’s delivery address.

Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
• Other countries: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections or high-demand periods.

Customs duties or import taxes, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer,
according to the regulations of the destination country.

International Orders
Delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping applies only to standard delivery options and may vary by destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather or peak seasons.


4. Responsibility for Delivery

In accordance with UK consumer law, Emphaso remains responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to the address provided.

If your order is delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

If a parcel is lost or not received, we will work with the courier to investigate and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


5. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information.
Tracking details will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping fees may apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the error is due to our handling or the courier.


7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Emphaso cannot estimate or control these charges.


8. Lost, Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears lost, please contact us.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier after investigation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.


9. Order Changes After Checkout

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to update your order, contact us immediately at contact@emphaso.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
